Konstantina Georgaki

Dr Konstantina Georgaki is an Assistant Professor in International and European Economic Law at the Law Faculty of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds a DPhil in Law and an MSt in Legal Research from the University of Oxford, an LL.M. in commercial law from the University of Cambridge and an LL.B., an LL.M. in public law and LL.M. in civil law from the University of Athens. She previously lectured EU law and constitutional law at Mansfield College, University of Oxford, whereas she worked as a Policy Officer at the European Commission, focusing on the implementation of the free movement of capital and freedom of payments between EU Member States and EU Member States and third countries, as well as on the negotiation of international trade and investment agreements at the EU level. She has published widely on various questions of public law, EU law and international law, including on the interrelation of EU law with international agreements concluded by the EU Member States inter se, as well as on investment protection under the EU and the international legal frameworks.
